Forward email to another recipient or address

  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Time: Less than 15 min
1. Login to your webmail account.
Your username is your email address and your password is your email password.

2. Select 'Domain Settings' from the menu bar.

3. Select 'Email Users' from the drop down.

4. Click on the user icon or the user name.

5. Click on the 'Forwarding' tab.

6. Enter the address(es) to forward email to.
Multiple addresses can be entered, they must be separated by a comma.
(joe@smith.com, bob@smith.com, etc.)

7. By default 'No restriction - forward all mail' is selected.

If you want to prevent 'junk email' from being forwarded choose:
'Do not forward Spam level low and above'.

8. If this user does not need to 'retrieve' their email into a local email client such as Outlook, then click the checkbox for 'Delete message on forward'.

This also works for users who no longer work with the company but you want mail to still forward to other email addresses.

9. Click 'Save' on the menu bar. (Upper left corner)

10. Choose 'Log Out' to exit the system.
