Pages Menu Layout
- See screeshot below -
Category Title – Category within ContentOne which contains the pages listed.
Page Title – This will display the title of the page and a two lines of the text within the page.
Modify – The modify section contains two buttons.
The left button is the ‘Edit’ button. When clicked, the user is presented with the ContentOne content editor for that page.
The right button is the ‘Delete’ button. When clicked, the user is prompted to confirm the deletion of the page.
If another page within ContentOne links to the page which is about to be deleted, the link will need to be recreated or removed.
Visible – Checking this box toggles the page being visible on the site / within the navigation. If this box is not checked, the only way for users to view the page is to setup a link to it.
Ordering – Pages can be moved up and down. This will change a page’s position in the main navigation. There are two methods for re-ordering pages, this depends on ContentOne version.
Method 1: Click on the ‘arrows’ under the Position header. This will move the page placement within the menu navigation on the front end of the site.
Method 2: Left clicking on a Page Title and dragging the page up or down within the Page manager will move the page placement within the menu navigation on the front end of the site.
