1. In Outlook choose the 'Tools' menu item.
2. Choose 'Email Accounts' or 'Accounts' menu option.
3. Leave the 'Email' selected as 'View or change existing...' and click 'Next'.
4. Select the AtlanticBT email account.
5. Click the 'Change' button.
6. Click the 'More Settings...' button.
7. Click on the 'Advanced' tab.
8. At the bottom of this dialog box locate 'Delivery'.
9. Place a check mark in the 'Leave a copy of messages on the server' box.
10. Place a check mark in the 'Remove from server after XX days'.
11. Set the days to remove from server to 5.
12. Check the 'Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'.
13. Click 'OK'
14. Click 'Next'
15. Click 'Finish/Close'

11. Check the 'Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'.
12. Click 'Apply'
13. Click 'OK'
14. Click 'Close'
