Right click the attachment and "Save As" to a safe place, usually My Documents.
DO NOT rename the file name.
From the top menu bar click ' Tools ' then from the drop down choose ' Options '.
Choose the ' Signatures ' tab.
Once on the ' Signatures ' tab screen, under the ' Signatures ' section
click the ' New ' button to
add a new signature.
Now click the ' File ' radio button at the bottom of the display box.
Next click the ' Browse ' button.
After clicking ' Browse ' find the file that we had sent you earlier.
We suggested you place it in
the ' My Documents ' folder.
Select the drop down box next to or below the 'file name' box.
Choose ' HTML files (*.htm; *.html) ' selection.
Select the signature.html file that should have just appeared.
Click the ' Open ' button.
Now under the ' Signature settings ' heading,
check the box next to 'Add signatures to all outgoing messages.'
Click the ' Apply ' button (but do not click OK or Cancel).
Select the ' Security ' tab.
Under the ' Download Images ' header,
uncheck the ' Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail ' box.
Click the 'Apply' button then click 'OK'.
Now create a new email, the signature should be at the bottom of the message.
Remember, we are looking for a .htm or .html file of your name.
NOTICE: If you're not finding your file, please make sure you placed
it in a folder that you
remembered. If that is not the problem, then
be sure to have the
' Files of type: ' selected to ' HTML Files ' -
this will show all .htm or .html files.
