If you are unsure which server your account is located on try this first:
Put 'webmail' in place of the 'www' of your domain name in the URL/Address bar in your web browser.
For example: http://webmail.your-domain-name.com.

If the webmail login page does not load please contact Atlantic BT Support.
We will provide you with the correct URL for your webmail.

1. Enter username and password, click login or press enter.
    Username is your email address.
