How do I add a user to our email hosting?

Add a user to email hosting account / domain email.
1. Login to your webmail with an administrator account.
If you are an administrator for your company and do not have administrator rights,
please contact Atlantic BT Support.
2. Click on the Gear / Settings Icon.
3. Click the plus icon to expand the Domain Settings icon on the left.
4. Click the Users option.
5. Click the Plus / New Icon.
6. Enter the username of the user:
Enter the user name without the @domainname.com
(ie: for bobsmith@domainname.com, only enter 'bobsmith')
7. Password:
Enter the password for this user.
Re-Enter the password in the Confirm Password box.
(Password must be at least 5 characters long - For security we recommend
a mix of 6-10 alphanumeric characters.)
7. Adjust Mailbox Size Limit to at least 100 MB.
Default is 10.
8. You can now decide what rights this user does or does not have.
8a. The user can have administrator rights like the current admin user. (Check to enable)
8b. You can prevent the user from being able to change their password. (Check to enable)
8c. Ignore the Global Address List function, Atlantic BT service does not use this function.
8d. Leave Enable DomainKeys checked. (default Checked).
9. Click ‘Save’ in the upper left-hand corner.
