The message store has reached its maximum size.
-Cause:
This message relates to a Microsoft Outlook 2000/2003 issue where the .OST (offline storage file) grows too large and/or becomes corrupted.
This error may also relate to an issue where an Outlook 2000/2003 .PST file grows larger than 2GB and subsequently may become corrupted.
-Solution:
There are a number of solutions to this issue depending on what the end-users's needs are.
If the user needs to get back up and running as soon as possible, then we suggest archiving the current Outlook account, and creating a new profile. A new profile will come complete with a new PST file as well as a new OST file.
