When you receive the eCard attached to an email.
Right click the attachment and "Save As" to a safe place, usually My Documents. DO NOT rename the file name.
From the top menu bar click ' Tools ' then from the dropdown choose ' Options '.
Choose the ' Mail Format ' tab.
Once on the ' Mail Format ' tab screen, under the ' Signature ' section click the ' Signature Picker ' button to add a new signature.
A new ' Signature Picker ' box will open, click ' New '
A ' Create New Signature ' box now appears. Name the new signature.
Choose the radio button that reads ' Use this file as a template '. Then select ' Browse '.
After clicking ' Browse ' find the file that we had sent you earlier. We suggested you place it in the ' My Documents ' folder. Once you find the file either double click it or hit the ' Select ' button. Remember, we are looking for a .htm or .html file of your name.
NOTICE: If you're not finding your file, please make sure you placed it in a folder that you remembered. If that is not the problem, then be sure to have the ' Files of type: ' selected to ' HTML Files ' - this will show all .htm or .html files.
After selecting the file, you will now see the path of your new e-business card in the ' Use this file as a template ' field. Choose ' Next '.
You now will see the ' Edit Signature ' box, that shows your new e-business card. If you choose to add lines above your e-business card, do so here. When completed with all your edits choose ' Finish '.
You are now taken back to the ' Signature Picker ' box, make sure your new signature is highlighted then click ' OK '.
You are now ready to use your new e-business card.
