How do I whitelist email addresses or domains to the trusted senders list on webmail?

  • Time: Less than 15 min
  • Difficulty: Medium

Whitelisting users or domains:

In order to make sure that mail does not get put into the Junk Email folder, you must add the email address or domain name to the trusted senders list.

You can access the trusted senders list under the "Settings" menu and selecting "My Spam Filtering" and then selecting the "Trusted Senders" tab.

Under the "Domain Settings" menu, select "Domain Spam Filtering" and then select the "Trusted Senders" tab.

You can add individual email accounts such as support@atlanticbt.com that will allow messages from that sender through the spam filter or you can add entire domains by just entering the domain name, such as atlanticbt.com. Email from users or domains on the Trusted Senders list will always be delivered to your inbox.
