A cache is local storage for information providing a quick lookup for information that would normally take longer to get a result via a full lokup.

CSS

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. CSS allows web developers to centralize style elements of a web design. This is useful for making a site more maintainable through global changes to a site (such as changing the font size for all content in a site at one time) as well as many other things such as making printable pages, etc.
